is there a way to make the phone go busy because I work at a radio station. lets say we give a prize away to the 10th caller we would make the phone line go busy so we wouldn't have to hear the phone ringing. Our phones can go up to 1,000 people calling.

It seems that magic jack did remove the "Do Not Disturb" feature on a recent upgrade of the service.

Thanks for visiting!
