My experience is that they don't have Puerto Rico's area code. You can call any number free from the magic jack phone, but if you call the magic Jack number from another telephone, they would charge you long distance on that other phone. In oder for you to activate the magic Jack you have to pretend you are in another state in the US using their area code, and that would be long distance in PR; if you plan to use it at home and call your magic Jack # from your Cell phone or any other regular phone they would charge you long distance on your bill and deduct time from your cell phone too. It's not free yet in PR. I hope they include Puerto Rico's area codes too.
