Frontier is about to close my land line account and I have tried many times to transfer that number to my magic jack plus. The response is Can’t transfer at this time. I will lose that number which I have had for years if it is not transfered.
This is very important and needs to be resolved ASAP

I bought a new Magic Jck to my Mother, inBrazil. Instaling was not easy, took me some hours with customer support, but, in the end, worked fine for while. Now, after 15 days, back in US, she called from the regular phone telling Magic Jack did not work. I asked a friend to go there. He said should be just contact. It worked for 10 minutes and, again, she can’t use.My mother does not speak English, so, I must figure out and fix the problem, with Magic Jack help, from here…

I purchased a magic jack plus at Christmas and installed it on my computer worked fine for about two weeks or so then it quit…have been on more chats than i can remember and the results have been the same…will not work..it only loads part of the program…I think they need to replace it for free or make it work…i have about forty hrs in chat to get nowhere…..

I am trying to install my 2nd MJ and connot get into the registration portion of the hookup. I do not want to lose my old phone number that I have had for 11 yrs. I want it transfered to MJ. Thank You
