i got a new magic jack about 2month ago,it’s does not have a dial tone the number that was giving to me is no working,the no i have is 647 694 9749,i call from the phone,but can not receive a call with it,i also have to registered twice,i hope my card will not be charge twice.now it’s saying is not register now.so if i register again is going to be the 3rd time to register.am sick and tired now,i need help.

I have has MJ for 2 years now, its ok, we do not have land lines nor cell where I live, but 2 months ago I purchased the majic jack plus, Im supposed to be able to use it with our the comp, but it doesnt work, and yes have followed the instrucions on the package, how about we get something fixed

why do magicjack keep asking me for my pass word. i put the pass word in you gave me and still cannot conct. the password you gave me is T1LKOSLF i have two magicjacks one in canada and one in the USA.that is where i am right now.order number is TS12308396.
