i had a question about how to dial using the magic jack. i am aware of the softphone. when you say that i need to plug a home phone into it, do you mean the home phone should have a number in itself or can it simply be an instrument with no previous connection?

a year ago I purchased majicjack, after having it for a month I purchased your 5 year plan. But after the first year you canceled me majicjack phone line phone number was (1-714-982-2129). Are you going reconnect me or credit my credit card 59.95 for the 5 year plan that you canceled on me. If you are going to reconnect me do you have phone numbers in the Victorville, Hesperia or Apple Valley, California area (760).

Thank you
