		<description>I&#039;m hearing that all over the net, that their customer service really sucks.  I haven&#039;t called their customer service yet, as I get impatient with customer service that you have a hard time communicating with.  Like you, I found (I hope) a resolution to the problem I am having.  I need to buy an AC powered USB port to find out.</description>

		<description>Their live cudtomer care was useless in resolving s recent problem I had with the Magic Jack call forwarding.  I think they outsource their customer care, judging by the broken English they typed/  They took me around in circles for around 20 minutes without resolution.  I finally Googled my way to a resolution.  My call forwarding didn&#039;t work so I ended up changing my number from a MA number to a NJ number and voila, it worked.  It had somehing to do with them upgrading the system but they&#039;re are doing it by area code so it might take a while before they get to yours.  Ouside of that, it works great.  Another thing, use a good quality phone and not a cheapo.</description>
