This is weird. Bought a MJ yesterday. It wouldn't work. Whenever I tried to install it, it would attempt to load MS Office Front Page. How could this happen ?

gabriel:
I would advise you to put a lot of thought into firing your phone company and going with Magic Jack. We've had it for over a year and it has been a big disappointment. We made the mistake of signing up for 6 years. On the one-year anniversary of our signing up, Magic Jack cancelled our service, saying that our subscription had expired. (it had not.) Add to this the annoying echo on some calls, delays and the fact that I was unable to make a phone call because their server was "down"- for hours and I wish I had stayed with Verizon's unlimited Freedom Plan. I never had a billing issue, I always got a dial tone and the audio quality was excellent. This is a lot more than I can say for Magic Jack.

My Magic Jack stopped working 3 weeks after I renewed the service. I went to Walmart and swapped it out and also bought a AC powered USB Hub when I got home there was still no dial tone. I can make calls with the softpad but not a telephone. I have two computers and two testing phones with a brand new MJ and a new AC powered USB hub. Any Suggestions would be great. Thanks
